Email support@minglyph.com. Include your Minglyph account email, the exact text or generation ID involved, and a concise description of the issue. We aim to reply within two business days.
Billing and refunds
For a payment question, include the Dodo Payments order or receipt identifier, purchase date, package, and Minglyph account email. Do not send a complete card number, password, or verification code.
Refund eligibility is described in the Minglyph Refund Policy. Dodo Payments processes approved refunds as merchant of record.
Privacy, rights, and public-work reports
Use the support form for access, correction, export, deletion, copyright, trademark, impersonation, safety, or other public-work concerns. Include the exact public page URL and explain the issue. We may need to verify identity or rights ownership before acting.
Business and API
For API access, partnerships, licensing, or brand work, email the same address with “Business” or “API” in the subject and describe the intended use.
