People, brands, and rights
A generated design does not grant permission to use another person’s identity, a protected brand, copyrighted material, or confidential information. Do not imply sponsorship, endorsement, affiliation, or authenticity that does not exist.
You are responsible for obtaining permissions and performing trademark or rights clearance before commercial use.
Public archive
Only publish work you are comfortable making visible to anyone. Public work may be reviewed, hidden, or removed when it violates this policy, receives a credible rights complaint, exposes personal data, or creates a material safety risk. Private work remains subject to the same prohibited-use rules.
Enforcement and reporting
We may block a request, restrict generation, remove public work, preserve necessary evidence, or suspend an account when reasonably needed to enforce this policy or comply with law. Decisions may consider context, severity, repeated behavior, and risk.
To report public work or a rights concern, email support@minglyph.com with the page URL, the reason for the report, and any supporting information.
