Using Minglyph

You must be legally able to enter into these terms and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

Minglyph may change, pause, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary, including to protect users, comply with law, or maintain service quality.

Your text and generated work

You keep any rights you already hold in text, names, meanings, and other material you submit. You grant Minglyph the limited rights needed to process that material, generate output, store versions, and display work you mark public.

As between you and Minglyph, and to the extent permitted by law, you may use generated outputs for personal or commercial purposes. AI output may not be unique, and Minglyph does not guarantee that an output is registrable, non-infringing, or suitable as a trademark. You are responsible for clearance and final use.

Credits and generation

A completed generation currently costs 4 credits. Credits are reserved during generation, charged when a result is successfully saved, and automatically returned when the generation fails before completion.

Credit packs are one-time purchases, have no cash value, and are not transferable between unrelated accounts. Credits do not expire while the service continues to offer the applicable generation feature. Prices and future credit costs may change prospectively.

Payments

Creem is the merchant of record for purchases and handles checkout, tax, invoicing, and payment processing. Your purchase may also be subject to Creem’s checkout terms. Refunds are governed by the Minglyph Refund Policy and any rights that cannot legally be waived.

Acceptable use

Do not use Minglyph to create or distribute unlawful, abusive, deceptive, privacy-invasive, or rights-infringing material, or to impersonate others without authorization. Do not probe, overload, bypass limits, scrape private content, reverse engineer protected systems, or interfere with service security.

We may restrict content, suspend generation, or disable accounts when reasonably necessary to enforce these rules or comply with law.

Availability and AI limitations

Generated spelling, typography, and visual details can vary. The Studio is designed to preserve exact text, but you must review every output before relying on it. The service and outputs are provided on an “as available” basis without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation or a particular creative, legal, or commercial result.

Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Minglyph is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from your use of the service or output. Where liability cannot be excluded, aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid to Minglyph during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Ending use and contact

You may stop using Minglyph at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, security risk, non-payment, or unlawful use. Provisions that should logically survive termination—including rights, payment records, disclaimers, and liability limits—continue to apply.
