Failed generations

A generation currently reserves 4 credits while it runs. If it fails before a completed result is saved, those credits are automatically returned to your Minglyph balance. This is a credit reversal, not a payment refund, and normally requires no action from you.

Refund requests

You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase. An unused credit pack is generally eligible for a full refund. If any credits from the pack have been consumed to deliver completed generations, the purchase is generally non-refundable, except for duplicate charges, technical failure, fraud, or rights available under applicable law.

Subscriptions and cancellation

You may request a refund within 14 days of each monthly payment. A payment whose granted credits are entirely unused is generally eligible for a full refund; the same exceptions and consumer rights described above apply when credits have been used. Approved refunds remove the corresponding credits.

Cancel future renewals through the management link on your billing page. Cancellation is separate from a refund request, does not refund previous payments automatically, and does not remove credits from payments that have not been refunded. You can continue using those credits.

How to request one

Email support@minglyph.com with the email used for your Minglyph account, the Dodo Payments order or receipt identifier, the purchase date, and a brief reason. Never send a full card number or security code.

Dodo Payments, as merchant of record, processes approved refunds to the original payment method. Bank processing time may vary after approval.

Duplicate or unauthorized charges

Contact us promptly if you see a duplicate charge or believe a purchase was unauthorized. We may ask for information needed to locate the order and protect the account. You may also use the support link in your Dodo Payments receipt.

Consumer rights

This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights. Where local law provides a longer period or different remedy, that law applies. For digital services delivered immediately at your request, withdrawal rights may be affected after credits are used.
